If your child is new to Edmonton Public Schools, you can register for school online. Visit the Division website to learn how to register for school.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION

Once you have submitted your completed student registration form and supporting documents, we will review all of the documents. 

We will contact you if we need clarification about any of the documents you submit.

Submitting a registration package after the deadline of March 25, 2026, may limit your options to schools with available space. Learn more about registration dates and deadlines. 

Chinese (Mandarin) Bilingual Transportation - If you would like more information about transportation please click here. Once in the link you will need to click where it says attendance area maps then check the box of the map that you want more information about.

CURRENT DIVISION STUDENTS PRE-ENROL

You will need to pre-enrol on SchoolZone to tell us the school you’d like your child to attend next year. You can learn more about pre-enrolment by following this link.

Pre-enrolment for the 2025-2026 school-year opens on SchoolZone beginning February 2, 2026 at 8:00am through to March 25, 2026 by 4:00pm.

PARKALLEN SCHOOL KINDERGARTEN INFORMATION/ OPEN HOUSE 

February 4, 2026- Chinese Bilingual Parent Information Night: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Host Location: EPSB Centre for Education, 1 Kingsway NW, Edmonton AB, T5H 4G9

This information evening will include all 7 Elementary schools offering Chinese Bilingual Program. More information can be found here: https://epsb.ca/programs/language/chinesemandarinbilingual/   Due to space restrictions, this event is limited to parents only. Free underground parking is available. 


February 11, 2026- Regular Program Kindergarten Open House: 6:00pm-7:00pm

Host Location: Parkallen School, 6703 112 Street NW, Edmonton AB, T6H 3J9

The first day of classes for the 2025 - 2026 school year is Tuesday, September 2nd. 

 

School Supply Lists are common by grade, for both our Regular (Community) Program and our Chinese Bilingual Program.

 

 

NOTES: 

As an optional item for all students, families may wish to send a personal hand sanitizer along with your child's school supplies.  AHS recommends that the product should have 60% to 95% alcohol (ethanol or isopropanol).
